In case of faulty, damaged and/or defective goods, all Customers MUST return the item/s in the original packaging and courier plastic flyer (plastic bag along with the consignment note) within 3 working days to Customer Service, wowpromo at purchaser’s own cost – kindly give a full detailed description of the problem encountered, as well as your Order Confirmation Number.
Depending on the problem, our Customer Service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with the minimum inconvenience to you.
If it is found that the item you received is faulty then we (or the manufacturer/ authourised distributor g supplier on locally sourced products) will exchange it at no cost to you.
